How does buying from multiple vendors work?

Your bag is grouped by vendor. Each vendor packs and ships their own items, so a single order can arrive as separate parcels — you can track each one from your Orders page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards, plus cash on delivery for orders under Rs 25,000 anywhere in Sri Lanka.

How do returns work?

Each vendor sets their own return window (shown on every product page). Start a return from your order detail page and we’ll arrange a courier pickup.

How long does delivery take?

Most vendors ship within 1–2 working days. Colombo deliveries typically arrive in 2–3 days; island-wide in 3–5 days. Express delivery is available at checkout.

How do I become a vendor?

Tap “Become a vendor” and tell us about your shop. Applications are reviewed within 3 working days — you’ll need a Sri Lankan bank account and at least 5 items ready to list.

Question 6

Is my payment protected?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payment is held by Threadly and only released to the vendor once your order is marked delivered, so you’re always covered.
