Return window: 7 days from delivery. Condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging. Return shipping: paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Refunds: processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return, to the original payment method. Not returnable: sale items, innerwear, and made-to-order pieces.
